Chairman and Co-founder, Wilsonville Rotary’s “Through a Child’s Eyes” (TACE), an organization dedicated to stopping the inter-generational cycle of criminality in families. Incarcerated mothers and their children are brought together at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility.
